Encore Window and Door was established in 2019 to provide quality products to the Arizona luxury window and door market. Owner Jim Audiss and his team of highly skilled professionals bring years of industry performance to the marketplace.

As the name represents, this is not the team’s first entrance into the market. Jim owned and operated The American Window Center in Arvada, Colorado and became one of the largest distributors in the western United States for Andersen Windows, as well as other products. Selling the company in 1999, Jim transitioned from the supply side of the product industry to the builder side of the home building industry.

Witnessing a fragmented product industry, lacking in service and product knowledge, Jim knew it was time to develop a team that would take the window and door supply space to the next level of quality, education and service for the Arizona market.

Through the assembling of this highly qualified team and the best products in the industry, the Encore Window and Door vision was born. With many window and door brands to choose from, Jim and his leadership team chose only three prominent brands based on their quality and performance – Andersen Windows & Doors, Arcadia Custom, and Windsor Windows and Doors. Quality and performance of these products are paramount for the satisfaction of their customers, as well as the team’s confidence knowing they can fulfill the needs of their customers.
